Integrity, ethics and anti-corruption

Manage the risks, safeguard your company, board and management by raising defences against corruption

Welcome to VisionEthics.

VisionEthics provide advisory services on integrity, governance, and corruption prevention.

We believe effective corruption prevention starts with clarity in understanding the consequences of corruption, building upon extensive collaborative efforts, and sustaining it through continuous improvement.

Our work includes working with public and private sector clients in corruption risk management (CRM), anti-bribery management system (ISO 37001 ABMS), organisational anti-corruption plans (OACP), adequate procedures, gap analysis, and anti-corruption policies and procedures guidelines.

All the founders of VisionEthics come with vast advisory experience of engagements in corporate integrity, strategy, anti-corruption, risk management, internal audit, business advisory, process improvement and corporate governance.

The involvement of VisionEthics’ team in the formation of Malaysia’s National Anti-Corruption Plan (NACP)
Mr Teh Chau Chin and Datin Radhika Nandrajog were invited by the GIACC in 2018 to contribute to the creation of the National Anti-Corruption Plan through scenario planning workshops and round table discussions.

Contributions of VisionEthics to the National Centre for Governance, Integrity and Anti-Corruption (GIACC)
Mr Rezaidi Ishak and Mr Teh Chau Chin were invited by the GIACC in 2021 to conduct two corruption risk management (CRM) workshops for the Association of Former MACC Officers and the Integrity Unit for the Ministry and Government agencies.

These endeavours are in line with the corruption prevention guidelines set out by the National Centre for Governance, Integrity and Anti-Corruption (GIACC) – Adequate Procedures – as well as Malaysia’s National Anti-Corruption Plan (NACP) which was unveiled in 2019.
